Each call to those 800 numbers is RECORDED. The day after the call occurred, you get an email with a link on it. Click on that link and you will download the conversation and listen to it on your computer. Save the calls too. The calls are marked so you can see which 800 number the caller dialed. Then you can easily attribute the incoming calls to the appropriate advertising program

COST OF PURCHASING A RECORDING 800 NUMBER:

If you are a participant of the Top 3 Advertising Program, the cost of the RECORDING 800 NUMBER is built into the pricing for the program.

If you are not participating in any other Evergreen programs, the cost is the greater of $35 or $25 per month plus 15 cents per minute for the first recording 800 number. Additional recording 800 numbers are offered at a discount.

You can stop the program any time you want at the end of the billing period (month).

Please provide the quantity of 800 numbers you may want. For each local number you provide, please indicate how many 800 numbers should be directed to that number. You can have more than one 800 number directed to a local phone number. Please provide an estimate of the number of calls and minutes per month. (See form below). You agree to the following.

The caller will hear that the "call is recorded for training purposes". You accept the responsibility of advising your own people that the calls are being recorded. You agree to use the recordings for training purposes and for the purpose of tracking advertising programs. You agree the service will not be used in the gaming, adult entertainment and securities business or in any case where the recorded call could be used in a court of law. The recordings cannot be used to validate any transactions. You agree to hold us harmless for any damages which may occur to you as a result of the calls being recorded or not being recorded for whatever reason. You agree to pay by credit card, monthly in advance for the monthly service fee and estimated per minute costs. The charge for the estimated per minute costs applies after the first month. The charge for the actual per minute costs for the first month will be billed at the beginning of the second month. We reserve the right to stop this service at any time without notice and liability to you.
